REGISTRATION GUIDE

Follow these steps to register your team or teams for UCV events:

1. Create an account on TM2Sign.com

2. Create a club on TM2Sign.com

   • CLUB NAME: Full name of your club (ex. Rise Volleyball Academy)

   • CLUB ALIAS: Short name for your club (ex. Rise). Check the box to allow the system to use your CLUB ALIAS when creating team names in the system.

   • Select the option "We participate in AAU events"

3.  Create your team or teams on TM2Sign.com

   • Under the “Teams” tab, choose ACTIONS and click “Add Team”

   • Team Name: Do not put club name in this field, just the specific team name (typically the age group and coach or team name ie. 18 Steve). The club name will automatically be added to this when you register for events.

   • AAU team identifier is not required (but you can put your club code)

   • Gender: Select female to participate in female tournaments (New for 2024: Co-ed teams are not allowed to register for female divisions however male players can be added to individual rosters with a gender waiver.)

   • Type: Juniors

   • Age group: age of the OLDEST player on the team as of June 30, 2024 (New for 2024: Older individuals can be added to an event roster with an approved age waiver.)

   • Team Rank: This is the ranking of this team within your club. If you have more than one team in an age group (ie. you have three 15U teams) you must rank them based on your own internal ranking.

   • New for 2024: Roster validation and integration is working! Online rosters ARE required for our Grand Prix and Super Regional events this season. Please ensure your online rosters are completed and validated at least one week prior to each tournament.

4. Register for the UCV event

   • Click on the “Enter Events” tab

   • Type “UCV” into the search box

   • Click the BLUE “Team Registration” button on the far right of the event you are entering

   • Select a division for the teams you are registering for this event. Keep in mind you will only be able to select divisions for teams that meet the age and gender requirements for the event you are entering which are not already full.

   • Click “Submit Pending Registrations”
